One
of the key components in an adjustable
reducing mill stand,
which is missing in the traditional reducing mill stand,
is an
eccentric sleeve. The
main shaft can be rotated inside the eccentric sleeve. The diameter
and wall thickness of the steel pipe can be adjusted through the
eccentric sleeve.
Adjustable
reducing mill stand
can improve the
product precision,
make it possible to
easily add different steel pipe sizes,
and reduce the
number of spare mill
stands.
Without replacing the
mill stands, this new type of mill stand can be adjusted through the
eccentric sleeve to meet the diameter and wall thickness
requirements of the steel pipes.
