Cam Pump
Cam pumps are positive displacement rotary piston pumps. They are suitable for conveying viscous
liquids. By rotating the cam, the cavity volume is gradually increased between the inhalation side (input) and the pump shell, the liquid is sucked
in by the negative pressure. At the same time, the cavity volume is decreased between the exhaustion side (output) and the pump shell, the
liquid is pushed out by the positive pressure. Since these cam pumps will not produce stirring and partial compression effect, the transmitting medium
will not be emulsified.
-
Has a larger cavity to convey the viscous liquid.
-
No stirring and partial compression effect. Can transfer high viscosity liquid, or even liquid with lump particles.
-
No emulsified effect. Will not cut the fiber if the liquid contains the fiber.
