Internal Gear Pump

Internal gear pumps can be used to transmit chemical materials. They rely on the rotation of a pair of meshing inner and outer gears, the medium is sucked into the pump cavity from the input side and is pushed out from the pump output side. These internal gear pumps are made mostly by the stainless steel containing molybdenum and are further nitride processed. These pumps have good acid, alkali, and oxidation resistance. Suitable for transmitting high viscosity materials containing corrosive acid or transmitting a mixture of soft lump viscosity materials. They are widely used in synthetic detergent industry.
