Ceramic Fiber Roller

Ceramic fiber furnace roller is an important production tool in annealing process of the stainless steel sheet production line. It is made by green glass fiber and stainless steel roller core. The temperature is adjusted through the internal cycling cooling system.

Hoist steel rollers are located in the pre-annealing processing section and in the cooling section of the stainless steel sheet metal pickling production line. These rollers are made with austenitic stainless steel with high-strength corrosion-resistant and high temperature anti-oxidation characteristics. The hoist steel roller is built with a spiral shape cooling system attached with rotary joints.
